Lee Purcell was previously a Director of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Private Fund Group, which he joined in 2006. Prior to joining, Mr. Purcell worked in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group. As a generalist, Mr. Purcell worked on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings and public equity offerings for REITs and development companies. Prior to business school, Mr. Purcell was an Associate at The Carlyle Group. Mr. Purcell started his career at Stern Stewart & Company as a financial consultant. Mr. Purcell received a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
