Manjul Ramchandani was previously a Director and founding member of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Private Fund Group, which he joined in 2000 at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) prior to its merger with Credit Suisse. Prior to DLJ, he worked for over four years in the real estate principal group of Lazard Fréres & Co. There, he specialized in evaluating and structuring equity investments in real estate operating companies and mezzanine debt investments in real estate assets. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Ramchandani worked at J.E. Robert Companies where his responsibilities included analyzing investments in distressed real estate assets, CMBS and REITs and new business developments. Mr. Ramchandani received a B.S. from the University of Bombay and an M.B.A. from George Washington University. Mr. Ramchandani is fluent in English and Hindi. |
