Meghan is an Associate in the Private Capital Advisory group. Prior to joining Greenhill, Meghan spent three years in Cogent Partners’ private equity secondary market investment banking group, where she was responsible for assisting on all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring and marketing. Meghan received a B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
