Mr. Rodriguez joined Greenhill in 2000. Hal is responsible for financial, administrative and regulatory matters within Greenhill. He previously spent 13 years with a major consumer packaging goods manufacturer, Silgan Holdings, where he was VP, Finance and Controller. He formerly worked with Ernst & Young. Mr. Rodriguez is also Chief Financial Officer of Greenhill Capital Partners.
