Mr. Kramer joined Greenhill in 2009.  Previously, Andy served as Head of Restructuring for the Americas at UBS.  Prior to joining UBS, he was a Senior Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston focusing on Restructurings.  Prior to that, he was an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.  Andy holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Brown University.
